Golf Secret

Learn all golf secret with Guido

Whether you are a beginner taking your first few golf swings, or an experienced golfer looking to refine your game, Guido Caneo’s combination of technical analysis with simple and direct communication has been proven over many years to pay dividends for golfers of all skill levels.

Guido Caneo’s driving range lessons are structured to use what have proven to be the most effective technologies currently available to allow golfers to visualize and quickly understand their swing, and to clearly identify the defects most important to address. No superfluous training aids are used – only techniques that have over the years been shown to help deliver results when combined with the teaching Pro’s know-how.

For more proficient golfers the lesson will be an experience with a high quota of technical content. Detailed measurement of a range of swing variables (swing speed, timing, club path, face-to-path, angle of attack and many others) will provide the golfer and teaching Pro data to analyze, to visualize, and to understand - without preconceptions or suppositions – the true geometry of the golf swing.

Swing analysis

one to one golf lessons in Rome

Throughout lessons golfers can have their swing analyzed on one of the top programs for video analysis, allowing them to immediately visualize reference points on-screen from which to work from, and to compare their swing with hundreds of tour professionals available in the database. Importantly this technology – a powerful new innovation that has been especially appreciated by the better player - is not only available on the driving range.

Moved comfortably into position seated in the Pro’s golf cart, golfers can analyze their swing under conditions more closely matching a competition setting: on the course.

An understanding of the swing is the starting point from which golfer and tutor work together on the practice range. Training aids such as balance boards, training irons, smash-bags, tour strike, and many others may be used on the journey from understanding the swing, to understanding how to swing more effectively.

The teaching philosophy is always to try to transform technical concepts into images and sensations that give the golfer a simple way to understand and adapt swiftly to swing changes.

At the end of sessions golfers can receive directly by e-mail the video’s of their lesson or request a video tutorial to store on their own PC, both to review the days training session and to track progress/ swing data.
